“Supporting parents in their skills reduces unnecessary doctor visits.”

With tio, important observations, histories, and parental concerns are available before the appointment – structured, multilingual, and clearly presented.

The problem:
Important observations, histories, and information from parents often need to be
painstakingly reconstructed during the consultation.

The Solution:
Parents record relevant information in advance and in their native language. tio organizes it
and makes it available to the practice clearly before the appointment.

Step 1
Parents use tio on their smartphone via the marketplace or from home before the appointment. No installation and no extra effort for the practice.

Step 2
Acute issues, recurring observations, check-ups, or vaccinations are documented specifically. Questionnaires are available in over 30 languages.

Step 3
The most important information is already available in a standardized format before the appointment. Information is automatically translated, can be supplemented, and directly integrated into the PVS.

Step 4
Reason, history, and parents' perspective are already known. This eases the start of the conversation and reduces follow-up questions.
Important observations, histories, and parent information are available before the first conversation.
Less time on initial conversation and more time for examination, advice, and decision-making.
Parents can provide information in their language. The practice receives the information in German.
Discover in daily practice if structured preliminary information truly saves time and eases conversations.

tio is a digital platform that helps parents gather relevant information before a pediatric appointment and provide it to the practice.
No. tio does not diagnose, recommend therapies, or make medical decisions. The platform supports communication and appointment preparation.
tio integrates into your appointment flow with a simple QR code. Parents fill out the questionnaire in advance – the practice sees the structured information in the tio portal before the appointment.
No. The onboarding effort is minimal. After the initial setup, tio runs entirely in the background. The practice team receives the information structured – no data entry needed.
tio goes beyond forms: information is automatically translated, structured, and can be exported directly into the PVS. Language barriers are eliminated.
Yes. tio is designed to be compatible with common practice systems. In the pilot project, we determine together which export formats suit your software.
Guided questionnaires reduce unstructured data and misunderstandings. They allow precise, analyzable information and can be completed in multiple languages.
Parents can fill out the questionnaire in over 30 languages. The practice receives all information automatically in German – no interpreter and no extra effort.
No problem. If no questionnaire is available, the appointment proceeds as usual. tio is an optional tool – not a mandatory part of the consultation.
Setup usually takes less than 60 minutes. We guide you through the entire process, from technical setup to first use.
We start by setting up tio together. During the 90 days, we measure changes together. At the end, you decide if you want to continue with tio – no obligation.
